What do I do if my luggage arrives damaged?

Damaged luggage should be reported to your airline’s baggage service counter as soon as possible.

If you believe that your luggage may have been damaged during an inspection by security personnel, please contact the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (Canadian airports) or the Transportation Security Administration (US airports).
