Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program
The Fredericton International Airport (YFC) has officially adopted the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program. This program aims to support passengers with invisible or hidden disabilities by using an opt-in voluntary system. Wearing a Sunflower lanyard indicates to staff you may need extra support, assistance or time when travelling through the airport. Please note, the lanyard does not allow for expedited security screening or check-in.
Pick up your Sunflower lanyard from the Commissionaires Office, located in the YFC terminal between arrivals and departures, on the day of your travel.
For more information on this program, visit the Hidden Disabilities official website (link available in English only).
