The Happy Baker

The Fredericton International Airport is the new home to The Happy Baker, a beloved local bakery known for freshly baked artisan bread and comforting favourites. Travellers can enjoy a large selection of fresh pastries, snacks, sandwiches made on fresh housemade breads and beverages—perfect for a quick bite before boarding or a treat upon arrival. 

There are two locations within the terminal: one located inside the departures lounge (past security) for travelling passengers, and one in the arrivals area, which is open to both travellers and the general public. 

Hours:

Departures Café

Monday to Sunday from the first flight departure until the last flight departure. 

Arrivals Café

Monday-Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Arrivals café is accessible to the public - no boarding pass required!
